Exchange Policy:
Memorable Prints offer an exchange policy on our stationery products. If at the fault of Memorable Prints or any of our third party printers your stationery will be exchanged if incorrect stationery is returned within 14 days. Exchange policy is at the discretion of Memorable Prints Online. Exchange policy only valid if a confirmation of order is received back via email.
Memorable Prints offer an exchange policy on our Gift Range. We cover faulty products only. We do not cover Aust Post Damages. Please email us for an insurance quote.
Stationery Payment:
Payment must be made before printing will commence. Payment is not due until all alterations have been made and a confirmation of order received back to us via email. Please allow up to 14 days for Print, Quality Assurance & Shipping of your stationery.
Gift Range Payment:
Payment is required upon purchase of products. Once payment has been received and cleared in full, your order will be shipped.
